No, it is not. Though this film is also known as "The Return of the 5 Deadly Venoms" on DVD in the U.S., its actual on-screen title is "Crippled Avengers" and it is in no way connected to the film "Five Deadly Venoms". The only similarity between the two films is that this film stars five of the six principal Venom Mob actors from "Five Deadly Venoms". Otherwise, the story in this film and the characters that the actors portray in it are completely different from the story of, and the characters in, "Five Deadly Venoms".
