Being John Carpenters first film, its hard to be too critical. But it does feel exactly like his first film. Its very low budget and unfortunately the film just didn't do anything for me. There are a lot of low budget movies that i enjoy, but this i just didn't find funny or particularly interesting. It kinda commits the worst sin in film in that it is just boring. It gets a few points for a few nice shots and its light tone but its not very good really. 3/10.
