    feminist fantasy

Back in the day that feminism was still a little bit of a joke and not as mean and vindictive as it is today . But still there are a lot of irritating aspects inbedded in this movie . The need to portray the man as a dumb idiot is estableshed already in the first 2 minutes of the movie . The woman has to be smarter and more mature than him portrayed in multiple scenes during the film . And than ofcourse we have the insults ( male chauvinist pig ) more than a few times said to him . And than we have to believe that these 2 characters can fall in love with each other ?? Ok i understand it is a comedy but it is far from realistic too believe that these to can get together . By the way a chauvinist is someone who loves his culture very much or a patriot so to speak . It does not say anything abouth women , feminists used that word all the time to insult men but they do not know the meaning of it .
