When Alice emerges from the pool of tears, seconds after being shoulder-deep in water she is completely dry.

When the White Rabbit falls into the small vegetable hutch after seeing Alice's arm appear out the window, some of the slats that get broken, reappear intact, and some intact slats suddenly break between shots.
Alice's eyebrows change in nearly every scene from full and natural to thin and plucked.
Alice lands in the leaves after falling down the hole, then gets up and runs down a "stone" to follow the white rabbit. The stone is clearly made of foam, as it squishes under Alice's feet.
