This 3rd part of the notorious "Lümmel film" has nothing left of the already very slight premise of part 1: rebellion of the young generation against the older generation. No wonder, if you know that producer Franz Seitz (who also wrote this rubbish) in a 1969 interview said that it was better to have the young shout "Ho-Ho Hosen aus" (down with the pants) than "Ho-Chi-Minh".
An endless quantity of stale and tasteless jokes, the compulsory love affair, the making of the film a cheap shoot-cut-&paste job. Reinl's direction is even worse than that of the regular director of the series Werner Jacobs; I did not think that was possible. The title should have been "Pepe der Zuschauerschreck.".
