Le cirque fantastique (1959)

Trivia

Le cirque fantastique

Edit
Final film of veteran character actor Dick Rich--he worked exclusively on television until his retirement in 1961.
When Peter Lorre catches the banker in the cage, he says, "Slowly, slowly catchee monkey," quoting a line he said as Mr. Moto in M. Moto dans les bas-fonds (1938).
This is actually Irwin Allen's second time working with Vincent Price and Peter Lorre, both of whom played in L'histoire de l'humanité (1957).
At about the 1:08 min mark in the movie Victor Mature brings up Hannibal and his march over the Alps with elephants. Victor Mature would later play Hannibal in the movie of that name, released in 1959 the same year as this one.
Irwin Allen and Vincent Price would again work together in Voyage au fond des mers (1964).
