When Jack Hogan leaves his flat to get some ice his face is full of blood.When he goes into the office for ice his face is clean.
At 36 minutes, following a brutal beating, Jack is told to empty his pockets. Leo checks and verifies that Jack has emptied his pockets. Later, Jack requests to go to the motel office to get ice for his face. In the office (39 min.) Willie Prattle tells Jack that ice is ten cents. You can hear the change in Jack's pocket as he digs for, and produces ten cents.
The left side of Jack's face is covered in blood, then it's clean before he gets the ice at 39:21.

Crew or equipment visible

At 32:40 minutes Nan Baker is backing her car out of the motel parking lot. As the vehicle approaches the curb equipment can be seen in her passenger side window.
