    Sieta Rubia(The Blond Arrow)

I watched this film on the spanish television an incredible old film and i didn't even know the great soccer player(Alfredo Di Stefano) made movies!

Alfredo Di Stefano was born in Buenos Aires,Argentina and played in the great club from the 40's River Plate as a youngster but most in the bench,he even played some national caps for Argentina before he nationalised himself as a spanish man, where he joined the top club Real Madrid which he won 6 european cups! He is named as one of the best football players of all time together with Pele,Maradona etc.

Well this film is about him during his Real Madrid years where he was a big idol in Spain, its about some youngsters eager to become great soccer players and mostly dreaming of it while playing on the streets. They really can't afford playing in clubs where it cost money to buy shoes and stuffs so they play in the streets with friends. And someday they suddenly get contact with Alfredo di Stefano and in favor Di Stefano own them an favor after the kids helping him,and Di Stefano agrees to help them by coaching their football skills and later creating an team.

You can see some piece of Di Stefano skills in this movie juggling, dribblings and show some highlights from his games in the league wich is great, after all this movie is 50 years old. He even show his famous "heel kick" wich is kind of an "bicicleta"(bicykle kick)but backwards with the heels wich he show in great skill, this movie i recommend for you who likes football films with has one of the best player off all time on it,but its not all about football this movie it has some drama on it.

This film is very tough to find and im lucky to have an copy on it if you are interested in trading films then please contact me.
