Most of this short consists of footage taken from "Out West" (1947).
The Stooges escaping with the horse and wagon is stock footage from "Goofs and Saddles" (1937).
Doc Barker is poisoned to death by the Stooges in this version in what can only be considered first degree murder, maybe the only time in any short they kill someone not in self-defense, accident or time of war.
