(The interior of the church is the scene of Father Logan's ordination in a flashback narrated by Ruth. This flashback occurs during questioning of Ruth by Inspector Larrue. The interior is again seen later in the film when Father Logan stops in during his anguished walk through the city prior to turning himself in to Larrue.)
