- [Baby Elmer is chasing after Baby Bugs in his stroller, but then Baby Bugs - dressed as a police officer - rides up next to him on a cushion of air]
- Baby Bugs: Hey! Pull over to the turb!
- [Baby Elmer does so and Baby Bugs approaches him]
- Baby Bugs: Oh, a pweasure driver, eh? Where do you think you're going, to a fire?

- [Baby Bugs punches Baby Elmer in the nose]
- Baby Bugs: Oh, wesisting an officer, huh?
- [With super-speed, Baby Bugs proceeds to berate and beat up Baby Elmer]
- Baby Bugs: And don't wet it happen again!
- [Baby Bugs pulls down Baby Elmer's baby bonnet and speeds away leaving him by himself]
- Baby Elmer: Hey... that was the wabbit!
- [Baby Bugs pops up next to Baby Elmer in his stroller]
- Baby Bugs: YOU AIN'T JUST WHISTLIN' DIXIE!
- [Baby Bugs plants a big kiss on Baby Elmer and hops away, leaving Baby Elmer to cry in futility]
- Baby Bugs: [stops the chase and checks his watch] Oh-oh! Time for wittle babies to have afternoon nap.
