Plot

A young American girl sings in an American style night club in London. She's about to quit when she hears about a West End show to be made up of talent culled from war factory workers. She joins the women at an aircraft plant in the town of Minton. sharing a room with an acquaintance. When the talent competition arises, it causes her to be ostracized by the rest of the workers when they realize her heart was not in the war, but the chance at stardom.—WesternOne
