The Federal Bureau of Investigation has joined the search for a North Carolina woman who has not been seen since Monday afternoon, when she left her job at an airport Starbucks for a quick break and never returned, People confirms.

Friends and relatives of 24-year-old Allison Cope are worried she might be in serious danger, as she left both her purse and cellphone behind at her job — something they insist in social media posts she would never have done willingly.

Police say Cope disappeared Monday after leaving the Starbucks she manages inside the Raleigh-Durham International Airport.

Every year the folks over at GLAAD seek to honor media figures for fair, accurate and inclusive representations of the Lgbt community and the 26th Annual GLAAD Media Awards just unveiled the nominees.

GLAAD President and CEO Sarah Kate Ellis told E! News, "For nearly 30 years, the GLAAD Media Awards have raised the bar for inclusion in news and entertainment, transforming Lgbt representation in media and moving the dial for acceptance across the globe. Ellen Barkin‘s new normal is to be Happyish.

The New Normal actress has joined Showtime’s half-hour pilot, starring British thesp Steve Coogan and Kathryn Hahn (Transparent, Parks and Recreation).

The project — which went from series order back to the pilot stage after its original leading man, Philip Seymour Hoffman, passed away — is a described as “a comedic, soul-searching examination of our pursuit of happiness, a pursuit that might just be the very thing causing our unhappiness in the first place.”

Barkin will guest-star in the pilot as a headhunter who works closely with Coogan’s character.

Why is it that fictional characters can have such an influence on us? Despite the real-world knowledge that Sandra Oh has chosen to leave Grey's Anatomy to pursue other projects, my heart wants what it wants and what it wants is more Cristina Yang. Sarah Assbring, aka "El Perro del Mar," has been playing indie pop for years in Sweden, but only recently has she garnered international attention, due to her collaboration with Lykke Li in 2010. (See the "Change of Heart" video below for the results.) Assbring recently talked to The Huffington Post over the phone, and our conversation ranged from learning about her new album, which debuts this November, to the creepy fan who regularly texts her messages of undying devotion. She and Corey go bowling to get their mind off the baby troubles. They flirt and have fun And decide that they are officially back together. Aw! They talk it out and they promise to commit to one another and make it work for the twins. They decide to celebrate the Fourth of July at his uncle's house. His relatives watch the girls so they can see the fireworks together. Corey surprises her with a boat ride too, which is so adorable.

We dare you to disagree: when all was said and done, 2010 was a great year for movies.

Christopher Nolan managed to somehow create a summer blockbuster in “Inception” that actually required thinking. Animation dominated the Cineplex with perhaps the greatest lineup of cartoons a single year has ever seen — “How to Train Your Dragon,” “Despicable Me’ and “Toy Story 3″ just for starters. And “The Social Network” managed to combine our two national obsessions — movies and the internet – in a way that, frankly, only we here at Nextmovie had ever previously accomplished.

Just kiddin’.

There were a lot of tough choices, but we managed to crown the year’s best movies, scenes and stars in our first annual year-end movie awards.

Best. Movie. Ever.

Ftw: “The Social Network”

It didn’t sound like a recipe for Hollywood perfection: the kid from “Zombieland” in a movie about Facebook? Really? But beyond...

It's the final season of one of television's best shows, and after seven solid seasons, The Mary Tyler Moore Show never slowed, or became stale. With series strongpoints "Sue Ann Gets The Ax", "Lou Proposes", "Ted's Change Of Heart", and of course, the historic "The Last Show", the final season was an overall effort worthy of a show that took home dozens of awards.

The DVD release includes every episode from the final season, and "Final Curtain Call," which aired only once, and has never before been available. Unfortunately, the release is without special features or bonuses of any kind, but the legendary show doesn't particularly need them.

The fun and zany adventures still abound, but the final season is an interesting entity for its closing effort as I've already mentioned. From the birth of Ted and Georgette's baby, to the examination of Murray's professional life, the show brought its...

Remember how a star is set to be re-born? A few months after hearing that the oft-used music story A Star is Born would get another retelling courtesy of Warner Bros., Deadline Hollywood Daily reports that Nick Cassavetes is in early talks to direct it, after reading a draft by Will Fetters. As Dhd points out, this comes after the director sued New Line -- sister studio to WB -- for being taken off the project Elephant Orphanage. Change of heart? An apology? Bygones be bygones?

The filmmaker has had a pretty interesting career so far, dancing back and forth between grit and romance. He started with the romances Unhook the Stars in 1996 and She's So Lovely in 1997, before penning Blow, directing John Q and The Notebook, writing and directing Alpha Dog, and last giving us My Sister's Keeper.
