According to plural spelling of bus ("buses", with one s) that appears in most dictionaries, the title is misspelled. As is, "busses" would refer to plural form of "buss" - an old-fashioned word for a kiss.
Sgt. Ryan remarks 'that's for Wake Island' just after punching the Japanese conspirator (at around 54 mins). This is a reference to the Battle of Wake Island, which started on December 8, 1941 (within hours of the attack on Pearl Harbor) with an assault by the Japanese, who carried out bombing raids for two weeks. The Japanese captured the atoll subsequent to two amphibious raids and held the island for the remainder of the Pacific War theater in WWII.
