Pluto jongleur (1934)

Trivia

Pluto jongleur

Edit
Clips of "Playful Pluto" from 1934 were used in Preston Sturge's Les voyages de Sullivan (1941). While watching the Cartoon he realizes that having fun is important in life and the power of comedy compared to the serious drama he wished to make when he laughs along with his comrades in a movie theater watching this Cartoon.
The classic scene where Pluto gets stuck on a sticky piece of flypaper in "Playful Pluto" from 1934 which is animated by Norman Ferguson has been described as vital in the history of character animation, because for the first time an animated really seemed to think and have a mind of his own. The segment is also a classic because it demonstrated how the Disney Artist were able to take a simple circumstance and build humor through a character.
"Plafyful Pluto" from 1934 is the first Cartoon in which he is developed as a major character.
