- Seaman Muller: It's mighty funny - every time you belch you smell like a wedding.

- Mac Dougal - Chief Torpedo Man: [sees Muller playing solitaire] Don't you know that ain't a full deck?
- Seaman Muller: Sure, only 49 cards.
- Mac Dougal - Chief Torpedo Man: Whaddya playin' for?
