Continuity

When they are pulling Tillie out of the water with the rope, the rope in the close-ups is dragging directly over the edge of the wharf, but in the medium shots from another viewpoint, the rope is clearly being run through a block pulley system on a spar suspended over the water.
The movie theater scene cuts back-and-forth from Charlie's torso facing Mable with his left elbow resting on the back of his seat to Charlie seated with his torso facing the screen.
Tillie's uncle falls off the summit of Mount Baldy face-forward, but he slides down the hill on his back when he should have slid down on his stomach.
Tillie's father chases Tillie and Charlie around the farm in broad daylight. When he gives up and picks up his hoe to till the soil, the sun is now clearly behind him.

Factual errors

The police put Tillie in "the tank" with a group of men. In real life, she would have been placed in a separate "tank" for her protection.

Revealing mistakes

Tillie fires 19 rounds from her 6-chamber revolver at the party without reloading once.
As an enraged Tillie chases Charlie during the party, he winds up in her bedroom, where one of her maids is in her under wear. The last thing the maids should be doing in Tillie's bedroom is changing clothes.
