You will be touched

Great story by great actors. The acting is incredible, the directors did a very good job with those kids. It's not melodramatic, it's life.

This series made us realize how lucky we can be and not everyone has that chance. A must see.

Incredible.

This short serie is a must watch. It really got to me. It got me thinking for days even weeks after I finished watching it. The young actors are really talented and you can't possibly be untouched by those kids and their lives. It gives you perspectives on underprivileged families and how they cope with their struggles... I can't put good enough words on how I was moved by this serie!!! It is definetely worth your time.

This show broke me...

I am absolutely lost for words. This story was extremely moving and nearly broke me. It reminded me of another really good movie called 'Moonlight'. It shows a glimpse of our sad reality...Addicts who are so far gone that they struggle everyday prioritising between their vices and their kids. Single parents raising their kids in the projects working like mules to put food on the table. Of course, there are the kids who have to watch all of this take place while having to deal with all the drama that comes with going to school. We need to watch films like this to remind ourselves that we have it pretty good and also to never forget that there are people out there who live not too far away from us who have to live life in these harsh conditions.
