Very interesting and some funny, most because of michaelangelo. But, what surprised me, was the same voice from batman and the joker. I really thought it was joker's Mark Hamill! Awesome!

I am a fan of both Batman and the Ninja Turtles, but my initial thoughts on this crossover was that it would take a lot to make it work, because of how tonally different the tv adaptations of these comic book characters are from one another.

But it actually works out pretty well. Sure, we get to see how the turtles' personalities mix with Batman and co., and the jokey nature can be a little forced at times, but I was satisfied with the outcome and the surprisingly high entertainment value. Leo and Bats work out well together and Raph and Robin as well.

It also delivers a lot of awesome fight scenes between a wide range of Batman villains, because aside from the Shredder and his Foot Clan including Baxter Stockman there are no Turtles' villains. And to be honest, while Shredder is awesome, he is under used in the movie not doing very much.

The voice cast was good. Troy Baker does a very convincing Mark Hamil impression on the Joker and a take on Bats that's more his own. Those two really stood out. Not that the others didn't do well, it's just not as intimidating as earlier portrayals. The Turtles themselves delivered what you'd expect, so no comment there.

The overall look of the film can be summed up like this: if the characters are mostly from the Batman catalog, the look of the film is more like the turtles' comics and it works out okay. Some of the character design were a little weird like Donnie, Joker and Mr. Freeze, but aside from those it's well done with pretty backgrounds and more colours used than the usual dark colour scheme from the Batman movies.

To sum up, this seemingly weird crossover offers a lot of good fight scenes and a good mix of the two comic book universes in an enjoyable superhero cartoon.

This is an animated cartoon film that is well worth watching. I definitely believe that these types of films will do phenomenal for live action. What I am scared though, especially for live action, is the concept of the directors and producers trying to make it as close as possible to human relativity, but for me, that would take the whole value and attraction of the film's overall value and popularity marketing focus.

I would love to see this film series, and it's separate respects (Batman) and Teenage mutant ninja turtles transition into the rated categories of film. This I mean, this film franchise has the potential to have various versions in series from PG13, MR (Mature adult), and R21 (sexual content with alcohol). I definitely would love to watch the MR and R21 versions of Teenage mutant Ninja turtles and Batman and Robin. Hopefully it becomes a reality, but if not.... the suggestion is out there.

Overall Great movie with the greatest insight of reliable potential and definite success.

Plot writing was good but a little bit simple. The movie really did a good job bringing the turtles into the Batman storyline. I love them in every minute in it. Best part is they stay as the same character that we used to see them in comic,tv series,and movie. Although this movie storyline need more improvement. I found it so simple especially the third act sequence. Overall,I have a fun watching this movie

I grew up on the original TNMT and 90's Batman animation. I loved them both and to see both team up was such a trip down memory lane. If you're a fan of both you'll love this. There are some missed opportunities and jokes that didn't land (hence the rating) but as a whole, it was a great film to watch. I loved it.

Okay, well I must admit that I am not overly fan of neither Batman nor the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, but my 9 year old son wanted to watch this animated DC movie movie, so we did.

When it comes down to it, I have to step up and admit that "Batman vs. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" was actually a lot more enjoyable and entertaining that I had first anticipated from the title of the animated movie alone.

There is a good combination of comedy along with the action here, which really helped keep up the interest level - at least for me.

The storyline here was fairly straight forward and pretty much reminiscent of every other animated Batman movie; a villain has a scheme to do great evil and of course his plans are thwarted by Batman. Only this time he had the help of four mutated sewer turtles.

There was a good pacing to the movie, which most definitely also helped to keep the movie enjoyable and watchable. The dialogue was adequate, taking into consideration that it is, after all, an animated movie.

The characters in the movie were familiar characters, of course, which also help keep the movie afloat. And the gallery of villains trapped in the Gotham Asylum was just a nice touch. Shredder was actually quite good in this animated movie, and was definitely a step up from the usual dimwit version shown in the old "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" animated series. However, it was the fly-man sidekick that stole the show, he was just hilarious and so obviously an homage to Seth Brundle from "The Fly", and he even sounded somewhat like Jeff Goldblum.

My son was genuinely entertained by it, and I must admit that "Batman vs. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" definitely delivered more than I had expected or anticipated. As such, I am rating it six out of ten stars.

This movie is very good. I like how they have portrayed the turtles, it's perfect I don't know why they can't make a live action movie like this on turtles. Batman as usual was fantastic. As a TMNT and Batman fan I enjoyed this movie.

An entertaining crossover with action and comedy . Witty one liners, and good fight scenes . I didn't like the Bats costumes his/hers but that's just a minor personal choice. Animation was well done and the villains motives were believable and simple enough for a younger audience to accept.

Batman vs Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is the visualization of every little boy's superhero "what-if" fantasies. In 2015, a more mature and violent version of this crossover existed when IDW Publishing, which held the comic book rights to the TMNT characters, collaborated with DC Comics. A far more complicated story was presented as a mini-series and expanded to three volumes, further inspiring a limited spin-off series titled the Batman/TMNT Adventures. So this is not the first time that these two properties cross paths but certainly this film, while far more simplified, takes a lot of inspiration from the cross-over comics involving a merger of Shredder's Foot Clan and Ras Al Ghul's League of Assassins; an event which caused Batman and the Ninja Turtles of cooperate.

The animation of this film is superb. It is among the best of any DC film and certainly the art design of the turtles themselves is excellent (much better than the iterations featured in Nickelodeon's most recent TMNT cartoons). The story is pretty simple as far as Batman....or TMNT....animated films go. Someone in Gotham City has been stealing Wayne Tech devices leading Batman to investigate. At the same time, the TMNT leave NYC and head to Gotham City in pursuit of The Shredder, whose foot clan has been breaking into Wayne Tech to steal said devices. Batman, mistakens the Turtles for the culprits, they engage in combat and later become allies to hunt down Shredder and Ras Al Ghul, the real perpetrators, who seek to use mutagen to destroy Gotham City. During the whole debacle, of course Batman's Rogues Gallery get involved and Team Batman and Team TMNT go on a mission taking on various baddies.

Now I admit that the story isn't that great but I also recognize that the majority of people watching this film are watching it because of the idea of seeing Batman and his partners fight against/team up with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. This is something that has never been done before in animation and that is the ultimate draw.

Awesome crossover with batman and the turtles. Epic fight scenes with batman and the shredder. And ofcourse the turtles were also great. They were just like the 2003 version... hopefully they will make a sequel🤞🏼

Okay. So I read the 5-issue comic books, and was genuinly excited for this crossover to come to life in animation. First, it looked promising when it followed the comic book, but then it went and made changes. Well OK I tought to myself - you don't have to be "100% true to the comics or it is not worth watching" like you have been, so change it up a bit.

I was actually genuinely surprised and entertained throughout the whole movie. The slapstick humor, the dialogues, the characters and the nostalgic memory came rushing in from right and left and I was in a constant mood of happiness.

I love this movie.

How in the world is this movie rated a 7.2 ? That's ridiculous lol I thought this movie was great . I absolutely loved this movie . 9/10 easily

Well this crossover, I did think was real, until I had researched up a comic book which contained this crossover, I am not a massive TMNT fan but I do like DC and Batman.

Even though, I find the concept weird of this movie but it was definitely enjoyable. The animation, voice acting and story was enjoyable.

I also found it interesting that Troy Baker was cast as both Batman and joker.

I am going to end review my review here and let you go watch the movie. And COWABUNGA.

Completely trash animation.

Anyone saying otherwise has their drunk goggles on or something because this is by far the absolute worst animation I've ever seen. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles look like someone was either on a lot of LSD or were completely wasted drunk and puking all over their desk from it making the turtles look like they have birth defects from mutagen. Which makes a lot of sense in the real world, but not in animation.

This is a total pass and a total shame they ruined this animated movie. The animations should be publicly shamed, tar and feather treatment for sure for ruining the TMNT and Batman.

I'm not sure why this film is titled Batman vs instead of Batman & TMNT, because there was no vs. Batman never had to go up against the turtles, so I don't understand why it would be titled vs unless it was just a moronic marketing strategy to get you to watch the trailer to watch the movie.... totally nonsensical. Anyway, it was another DC film that did not disappoint with some awesome fight scenes. I did feel like the voice of Batman was a little too rehearsed, in some points dude sounded like he was reading his lines as if he was auditioning for the part. Overall enjoyable!

If you are a fan of both genres this is just for you. There were so many Easter eggs that if you were a fan of the original TMNT feature film you will certainly catch the Easter eggs.

Normally batman movies are the best in Dcau.But it is too worse.Jokes does not work.Batman dialogues without goosebumps.

OMG! so much stuff is going here, it's crazy Definitely worth watching. An 90s Kid dream comes true.

Just ok. It's probably more along the lines of R RATED, but it's animation. The weak part of doing a half adult aimed program is that its to much for kids and too milk toast for adults. The concept is super cool. The fighting and duels are coolish. Script just ok. The dialog is pretty weak and the voice acting is sometimes great sometimes mediocre. The pacing is weak. The comedy is weak. The violence is really extreme sometimes, but not consistently. The animation style is great.

Given the potential of how good a movie like this could be, I was absolutely terrified of what kind of horrible letdown this would be, given the recent trash DC has produced in the animated superhero genre, especially Batman. Thankfully this must have been made by different people.

Seems like this was made to appeal to both older batman/tmnt fans as well as young fans, perhaps as something adults could enjoy with their kids, although there are a couple kills, which seemed out of place for that, but otherwise fit just fine.

Quite silly at times, even a little logic challenged, but never remotely brain donor stupid (like Batman Samurai), and given that cartoons are for kids (right? mostly? lol), it's very easy to look past. Maybe they've lowered the bar so much that this showing seems much better than it is, but hey, everything is relative... I guess - I feel like there's something too zeitgeisty there, oh well

Lastly, a mostly great depiction of Michelangelo, who when done well is awesome.

Batman Vs. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is the newest DC animated movie, and it is a crossover with Nickelodeon's TMNT franchise. The plot is several tech companies in Gotham are being robbed, and Batgirl witnesses one of them. After informing Batman, he goes to Wayne Enterprises to stop them, only to be defeated by their leader, The Shredder, after the two give a hard battle. However, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are also in town, having chased their enemy from New York to Gotham City. When they and Batman meet, they fight each other, but soon, they will have to team up, as Shredder has teamed up with Ra's Al Ghul, leader of the League of Assassins, and plan to give Gotham a mutant nightmare.

This is an awesome movie. Based on the crossover comic that started in December 2015 and ended in May 2016, some of the characters are spot on (Michelangelo still cracks jokes, Raphael is still a hothead, and Batman is still Batman). The Shredder is treated with a lot of respect, as he is as much a threat as the Shredder in the 2012 in cartoon, as he is capable of fighting and using different ninja techniques. However, this version changes some things from the comics (like having the Turtles and Batman exist in the same universe instead of having the Turtles arrive via interdimensional portal). But still, it is a good movie, with a good voice cast (with Troy Baker voicing both Batman and The Joker, with Eric Bauza, who did various character in TMNT 2012 and voices Splinter in Rise of The TMNT, voicing Leonardo). Regardless of whether you prefer Batman or the Ninja Turtles, this crossover is a good movie, and one I would recommend.

The look of the turtles could've been much better. Too many pizza scenes. Loved the look of batman and villains. Didn't like Robin being so young. The story was too predictable but for a direct to DVD/ blue ray release it was fine.

Batman cartoons have a history of being the strongest animated features in the dc animated catalog, the turtles tend to be a bit more hit and miss especially when it comes to character writing and character design. This movie seriously is all over the place it has cheap looking character designs with some brilliant backdrops mostly because they make gotham look like the 90's batman cartoon. Then when it comes to the action it's very cartoony and childish at times then we see characters who are brutally murdered being impaled from behind or decapitated. example. When Batman meets shredder a foot soldier takes a ninja star to the center of his head and blood is apparent then batman and shredder begin fighting shredders blades slice threw bat-a-rangs like butter but then they i guess become plastic, as Shredder and bats square off in hand to hand combat. Shredder then performs some mystical airbender type move and i assume shatters batmans ribs? then shredder just leaves instead of killing him (convenient). batman shows up two seconds later meeting the turtles for the first time, they fight and batman wins? so batman with solid wounds defeats all 4 turtles proving the turtles are pretty useless (so thats cool). Later the turtles just "break in" technically just swim a far distance into the batcave. lol what?! the turtles just show up in the most secret lair ever? pizza references happen a few times and then ooze is a strong plot in this horrible montage of a storyline. This film put in too many villians and too many storylines that nothing is accomplished nothing is really concluded. also spoiler, (not really a spoiler) once bruce wayne suits up you never see bruce again so that's neat i guess. damian wayne who has been introduced into these animated films as a badass over tempered killer who is trying to be less brutal is turned into a pathetic joke. Not to mention ras-a-ghul is defeated by a kick to the groin lol (screw you movie) honestly they give mikey cringe worthy "jokes" and dialogue that is so brain damaged that its hard to like him. splinter has no part in this story which is insane considering we waste time on characters like harley and scarecrow. harley ended up being one of the best characters in this story somehow probably because tara strong actually reprised her role. Dont get me started with the joker ooze plan it's just lame and lazy. This movie is has brutal imagery mixed with 5 year old type dialogue and animation so honestly i have no idea who the target audience is for this. I was even disappointed in the technical aspects, again character design is pretty cheap feeling, the audio is terrible! voice actors feel kind of auto-pilot and there is no background or ambient noise in the entire film its just basic sound fx's and dialogue, no echoes, no dripping water or beep boops from computers or electronics unless they are being blatantly used (that was mostly an example from when they are in the batcave but it happens in every scene}. this is a lazy storyline with lazy production value. watch if you want but I wouldn't pay more than a redbox price for it.
