During the "MRI" scene the magnetic force is so strong that it begins to affect objects outside of the room such as TV's, monitors and lanyards. However, inside of the actual MRI room, none of the monitors or other metal objects are affected outside of what has to "interact" with the characters.
After Charlie rescues Stephanie, his hand no longer has the cut he sustained during the rescue.
During the climactic scene at the cabin, the RV is blown onto its side and into a small pond, half submerging it in water. After Stefani is rescued from it and saved by her brother, the camera zooms out to an overhead shot and the pond is completely empty of water.
The exterior shot of the flipped over bus show that only the front driver's side quarter actually under water with the bus on an angle but the interior shots, after the brother climbs in, show the bus level and entirely half filled with water.
During the MRI Scene, the small waiting room nearby sees its 2 patients, a black man & an old woman come & go between shots throughout. E.g. After Erik's death, when objects start sticking to the walls of the room, the same black man removing his head phones slowly can be seen again & reacting in the exact same way he did when Erik & Bobby were messing with the Vending Machine prior. He then disappears & suddenly the old woman reappears again when she wasn't there prior when the concerned doctor goes to check the MRI Room.
The way the MRI machine works in the film is completely unrealistic to life. While the magnetic forces of MRI machines can be strong and pull in metallic objects, the way the film portrays the machine is far from reality.
For starters, MRI machines are in a shielded room due to their strong magnetic forces and not in an office that anyone (doctors or patients) can walk in and out of. They are also always switched on and never turned off.
Even if MRI machines were able to be switched on and off, it would take more than a simple keyboard command to activate it. Also, computers wouldn't be in the same room as MRIs due to them being affected by the strong magnetic forces.
There's no gauge to increase or decrease the machine's strength either, nor is there an override feature or a "Do not exceed" warning level.
The strong magnetic fields are only strong when in close proximity to the MRI machine (10-15ft away).
Most MRI machines across the US alone have a max Tesla strength of 3T (3 Tesla), with very few going to up 7T (7 Tesla) like in the film. The highest Tesla strength on an MRI machine can go up to 11T (11 Tesla).

During the opening scene the photographer is taking pictures of couples using a TLR camera which makes square photos. Later in the movie when the resulting photograph is shown its a portrait aspect ratio instead of 1:1.
A penny would not be any where near strong enough to prevent the train tracks from switching over nor would they be able to cause a train to derail .
One of the female extras in the Skyview Elevator, moments before it collapses to the ground, breaks character and is seen smiling briefly.
After Erik's Death, the MRI Machine continues to increase in strength. It's then, metallic surgical objects such as scissors, rulers & stethoscopes start sticking to the door of the MRI Room. However, the said surgical objects that are sticking to the door of the MRI Room are not in line from whence they came from as the Vending machines are directly in front of the door to the MRI Room.
Early in the film, when Stefani is driving with Charlie to her cousins, her steering wheel movements (limited as they are) bear no relation to the contours of the road she's following. She even makes a sharp 90-degree left turn without moving the wheel.
When Erik closes down the tattoo parlor, he pulls out his phone and slides the bar beneath the song all the way to the right. In the movie, this increases the volume, but as the app he's using to stream music looks exactly like Spotify, this motion would not increase the volume, but bring the song to an end.
Stephani was able to find the name 'JB' in the leather book in a matter of seconds despite all the scribbles in the book.
The Glencairn whiskey glass with roses in it is seen at the Skyview Restaurant in the beginning of the movie. This type of glass wasn't manufactured until 2001.
When people are falling from the top of the Sky View Restaurant Tower, two restaurant workers on ground level listen to Bobbie Gentry's rendition of "Raindrops Keep Fallin' On My Head". Although the Sky View Tower opened on May 16, 1969, the original version of the song written by Burt Bacharach and performed by B.J. Thomas debuted in September that year through the release of Butch Cassidy et le Kid (1969) while the Bobbie Gentry version actually came out a year after when the scene is set.
All of the women in the Skyview diner are wearing hosiery, which is period appropriate. However, pantyhose did not become the dominant form of hosiery until the 1970s. It's implausible that any of them, especially the older generation, would be wearing stockings.
Reflected in the revolving door entry of the Hope River Hospital, after Erik, Bobby, Darlene, Stefani and Charlie pass through it to meet Bludworth.
The surgeon shown preforming surgery is not wearing his mask over his face.
