Since then, Neeson has starred in a litany of action movies, including The A-Team, Clash of the Titans (both 2010), The Grey (2011), A Walk Among the Tombstones (2014), and Cold Pursuit (2019). Exclusive: Rabbits Black, one of the key financiers of troubled indie movie Lone Wolf, has gone separate ways from company partner Sean Krajewski.

The company confirmed to Deadline that Krajewski is “no longer associated with Rabbits Black,” but declined to comment on the reason for the exec’s recent departure, which comes at a time when project Lone Wolf, which Krajewski was closely involved in putting together, is under the microscope due to its financing falling apart. The Unbreakable Boy is an adaptation of a book based on a true story about a family struggling with their eldest son's combination of autism and a rare brittle bone disease. It takes a somewhat humorous approach to the proceedings, allowing the titular boy, Austin (Jacob Laval), to narrate events from his own perspective. The movie hits so many familiar notes, however, that the fact that it is a true story almost seems less believable considering we've seen so many similarly structured movies.

The Unbreakable Boy opens with the typical record scratch, "You're probably wondering how I got here" device, which sets the tone for the rest of the film and its paint-by-numbers plot. The cast of the upcoming action-thriller movie Hotel Tehran just got a lot more interesting. Rocket Science announced today that Liam Neeson (Star Wars: The Phantom Menace) has joined the cast and will star alongside previously announced Zachary Levi (Shazam! Fury of the Gods) in the movie. The cameras are set to start rolling in late summer, and additional cast members are yet to be announced.

The Oscar-nominee turned on-screen avenging angel is joining the previously announced Zachary Levi in the new action-thriller from Guy Moshe. Cameras will start rolling in late summer. The rest of the ensemble will be cast in the coming weeks.

The character he plays, Larry, is complex, irreverent, and inspired by real people. Neeson was initially best known for his work in serious-minded dramas such as “Schindler’s List” and “Kinsey,” but he’s become an action icon since “Taken” took the box office by storm in 2008. His work in the genre includes roles in “The Grey” and “Non-Stop.

The Oscar nominated actor is set to board Guy Moshe’s action thriller Hotel Tehran opposite Zachary Levi, who Deadline first told you about. Also joining the Liam Neeson feature to handle worldwide distribution is Rocket Science alongside previously announced Oakhurst Entertainment, Astral Future and Dreamtime Films. The movie will start shooting later this summer.

Moshe wrote the script with Mark Bacci (Prisoner’s Daughter), from an original idea by Bazzel Baz (The Blacklist), a former CIA Intelligence Special Operations Group Officer.

Liam Neeson has checked into Guy Moshe’s Hotel Tehran action thriller alongside the earlier-announced lead Zachary Levi.

Moshe wrote and will direct the project set for a summer 2024 production from Rocket Science, Oakhurst Entertainment, Astral Future and Dreamtime Films, which will handle global distribution at the Cannes Film Festival.

With his time playing the superhero Shazam seemingly in the rearview mirror, actor Zachary Levi has set his sights on new projects. This includes the rock-climbing action thriller Free Fall, which he will headline for XYZ Films.

According to Variety, Free Fall "tells the story of a father's attempt to reconcile with his estranged daughter on a rock-climbing trip that turns deadly as an accident leaves them stranded hundreds of feet in the air." The screenplay was written by Sean Finegan and Gregg Maxwell Parker. Production will begin later this year in New Zealand with stunt coordinator Zöe Bell directing, Tom Hern and Nua Finau of Tavake producing, and Navid McIlhargey and Erik Olsen executive producing alongside Finegan, Parker, and Levi.

The character soon learns how to draw himself off the book's pages, slipping into the real world. There he learns he can bring any drawings to life in the real world, too. However, the power of unlimited creation has its downsides, too, and Harold and his friends not only have to save his original world, but the real world, too.

The first posters have been revealed for the upcoming movie Harold and the Purple Crayon, a live-action adaptation of the popular children's book.

Starring Zachary Levi (Shazam!), Harold and the Purple Crayon is set to be released in theaters by Sony Pictures on Aug. 2. Months ahead of the release, Sony has shared two posters for the movie, with one of them highlighting the magical purple crayon that brings to life everything Harold draws. Another poster reveals Levi in character as Harold along with some of his co-stars and the various creations he will be making with the titular crayon. Both posters can be viewed below.
