“How does it feel?” is one way by which to measure a movie. But if you’ve seen “A Complete Unknown,” the Bob Dylan biopic that opened on Christmas Day, you may have left the theater singing to yourself (to the tune of “Like a Rolling Stone”): How much is reeeaaallll?

Directed by Shaka King, Judas and the Black Messiah primarily centers on the events that preceded the 1969 assassination of Fred Hampton, a 21-year-old Black Panther leader who served as Chairman for the Illinois chapter, beginning with criminal William O'Neal infiltrating the group as an FBI informant. It is a true-crime story with an incredible ensemble, most of whom play real-life characters.

I thought it was interesting that The Serpent Queen season 2 finale's explosive - and murderous - events were based on the real-life St. Bartholomew's Day Massacre. It’s not much, but a leaked image from the fourth BioShock game has made its way online, courtesy of gaming website MP1ST. The screenshot in question (which you can see below via Imgur) is actually from a 2K Visual Effects Artist’s 2021 demo reel, with the image showing the Ui and weapon.

Given that the image is from 2021, things are expectedly going to be changed once production ramps up, which looks to be happening pretty soon. The image also carries the code name “Parkside”, which is what was reported back in 2021 as the code name for this BioShock entry.

Obviously, not much can be gleaned from the screenshot, especially with this obviously being an early build. However, judging from the icons in the lower left, it’s safe to say that you’ll once again have your abilities, be they Plasmids or Vigor. That, and a trusty shotgun...

It seems like the series is all set to continue without Ken Levine, Infinite‘s director, who is preparing to release his own game called Judas which is set to launch next year.

There’s an awful lot of chat about “narrative Lego” in the various news posts swirling around about Judas, the next game from BioShock designer Ken Levine. It’s a phrase Levine first brought up about a decade ago when he first started talking publicly about his first project since 2013’s BioShock Infinite, and is shorthand for the way Judas uses discrete blocks of plot to construct a unique story for each player.

Over the past few weeks or so, Levine’s new studio, Ghost Story Games, has invited a couple of journalists from big, posh outlets to sample Judas first-hand. Both IGN's Ryan McCaffrey and The Game Awards’ Geoff Keighley have made videos in which they interview Ken Levine and play through his ambitious-sounding action-adventure.

Judas Priest have announced a global listening party event for the release of their new album, Invincible Shield, on March 7th, the day before the album drops.
