I rarely write reviews and am only writing a response to the suspect perfect rating reviews praising the "daddy daughter dates" which is exactly why the show is a turn off.
There is nothing new, unique, or likable about the show and the fact only a few episodes were aired reflects its failure to capture an audience.
My main complaint other than Bobby Flay showing his arrogant, smug side is that the chemistry and demeanor between Bobby and Sophie are more what one would see among friends or a dating couple.

What a fantastic Father/Daughter chemistry they have. It was great to see the two perspectives of food. It shows the traditional/dependable side of the New York food scene from Bobby with a younger/hip view from Sophie. It acts as a great tour guide to food of New York City for both young and old while getting an inside view of the restaurants themselves. Additionally I'd never begrudge a dad an opportunity to work on a project like this with his daughter while getting to go on fun Daddy/Daughter dates so I'll gladly continue watching it to ensure that they are able to continue producing the show. Sophie brings out a different/fun side to Bobby that you don't really get from other shows and it's great to watch. She's also a great personality and makes the show what it is. Without her it would be just another Bobby Flay show. For as good as those are, her personality and interaction with her dad gives us a whole different kind of show.
