Great movie, natural acting and films like these still prove that good movies does not need glamour or big names... A must watch.

Simple fun family movie. May not be worth watching in theaters due to very expensive tickets price but defined must watch movie at home.

Movie is fun to watch and engaging too. I liked Athiya Shetty's acting as a new comer. I would recommend to watch atleast once. Movie is surely underrated.

Nawaz is good as usual but this movie belongs to Athaya Shetty, it's like her breakout movie. She gives it all and has come out as a new good actress. What I enjoyed was that there was not a boring moment. Recommended!

Good movie and simple movie about love life and great acting from all characters.

Entertaining movie. Athiya Shetty is surprise package. She is tall, gorgeous and expressive.

When i saw the casting, I thought its going to be a routine story of Modern girl and a village guy, but slowly when all the characters are revealed you get to know that this story going to be different. In any movie it is always Nawaz who carries the who movie on his shoulder, but here it is equally shared by each and every character. Even the rich bride which nawaz goes is see who comes just for few mins plays an important role. Except for few scenes, like the night after their wedding which drags a bit, overall the movie goes on good pace.

Story line was good. Lengthy and pathetic comedy. Please show some good comedy especially the end scene made me mad and I quit 6 minutes before the movie to end.

This movie is one of those movies that deserves much more better reception than it has, as more people watch it, it will get better appreciation. Every characters has played their role so perfectly. I don't know what that dialogue accent is, but movie maker has used it very intelligently, and each actor has shown superb command on their dialogue accent.

Master performer, The one and only Nawazuddin has justified his role with ease, though this kind of role is out of his league, it was perfectly played. Playing a role of gentleman, he seemed little off in few of the scenes, may be intentionally or may be unintentionally, for that reason he gets 9 out of 10.

This is my first time watching Athiya Shetty in any movie, she is the heart of this movie. She seems very natural actor, that she proves it in this movie. Once you see her in this movie, it will seem that this role was written for her, you will not be able to imagine any other known actress playing this role better than her, she gets 10 out of 10. This movie will create lot more bigger fan base for her, that too among the movie makers.

And last, this movie has great music and perfectly placed songs. All songs runs in background, pay attention to songs and its lyrics, chances are that you will be re running each one of them on YouTube afterwards.

Go watch this refreshing movie, you will appreciate it that you did.

I loved the acting Aithya Shetty's acting. Acting with Nawaz is not a joke. She not only acted well but I never felt like she was a newcomer. Otherwise Nawaz can easily overshadow anyone. As usual Nawaz is Nawaz, do not feel I can add anything new on that front. Movie is a bit slow, my only complain.

Just dont expact much , enjoy it , overall a GOOD movie.

Not having that star cast , big boom boom like stuff but it binds you up and just enjoy it.

Now i am seriously typing because they say they need at least 150 words how much i have to write more.

Nawaz and Atiya are mismatch in every way - physique, age, body of work - but the story leverages that exact thing. A few draft one jokes aside, the movie truly clicks on all levels. Yes, it gets a bit tedious on the final third but it ends mercifully fast. Surprise package is Atiya - for a star kid, she puts a lot of sincere effort in her role that quite obviously not anything like herself. To be able to be in the same frame as Nawaz itself is a big challenge but she infuses every frame with her charm, humor and honesty. The movie is worth watching for its witty dialogues, genuinely funny situations and how Atiya punches above her weight.

Awful acting by all parties, no chemistry, poor execution and it keeps going. Why did Netflix upload this movie it's a waste of time

Movie is set in Bhopal in lower middle class neighbouring households. Ambience and local languages are superbly done. Story is okay but moves at reasonable pace and doesn't feel slow. Songs are nothing to talk about except one after marital disagreement. There is hardly any comedy except last chasing scene which seems forced, unrealistic, and out of character with rest of the movie. It's bittersweet movie with decent family drama and emotional content and easy on eyes.

Many people have give this move low - extreme 1/10 - rating because dowry is often mentioned and there is a scene of husband slapping wife. Well, it is showing realistic picture of lower middle class India so dowry talk is not out of place. In fact, to expect otherwise is to put personal moral notions above portrayal of realism in movie set in contextual environment. And there is context and story behind slap as well which any person with semblance of comprehension can understand. People who find that objectionable are with black and white outlook to life and inability to connect consecutive events to form coherent reasoning.

Do watch if you are not rabid faminist type and you will not be disappointed.

Don't watch this, even if you have nothing to do. This is going to be the worst movie of 2020 and worst movie of Nawaz. I still don't understand the purpose of making such crap movie.

Anita aka Annie(Athiya Shetty) a young girl from Bhopal, decides she will only marry an NRI.

In the neighboring house, Pushpinder Tyagi(Nawzuddin) who works in Dubai and is a 36-year-old bachelor looking for a bride, is visiting his family.

Motichoor Chaknachoor,,. set on the small town Conditions and the usual mix of strange characters that we have often seen in movies set in Northern India.

1st half, there are some genuinely funny moments. Nawazuddin shines in some of the comic and emotional scenes.

Athiya Shetty is worst looker n Bogus actress.

Overall, Motichoor Chaknachoor comes off as a mixed bag - very entertaining first half but the second half plays spoilsport heavily.

'Motichoor Chaknachoor' has a lot of bumps but a whole lot of love. The film is an effective small town romantic comedy that stretches in an awful manner but works because of some fresh performances by a great ensemble starcast.

This movie is really slow it and i decided this to be my late night watch . Felt like 4 hours of senseless comedy. Although the topic is fresh but it very poorly executed

It's a story of (old aged) middle class man😅 and problems of his family, this movie can be watched as a family movie, you won't like it much if you don't like family movies with emotions. The ending was a little bit streached but overall it was good enough.

A fun and engaging movie untill the end comes. The last 30 minute seems as director just dragged the story to get a happy ending. The ending could be much better. Definitely Nawaz Bhai has done a fantastic role as always. Also all the supporting roles are done a great job. And about actress, she improved a lot from past days but still she needs a lot. Definitely a well entertaining movie and family friendly.
