Very touching and measured piece of work

This is a great short film and very poignant at the present time. The film is so well produced with appropriate sensitivity given to the matter that so many have to deal with in silence. I think everyone can relate to love and loss and the main character is some way, a testament to the writing, direction and performances. There's clearly a talented team behind this one. I highly recommend, well worth a watch.

Superb Short Film

An awesome story about humanity, great scripting, casting and acting, ideal locations and property (I loved the old Rover), perfectly shot and edited so that nothing gets in the way of the story. Loved it.

Brilliant and Heartwarming

Mr Lonesome is a fantastically produced short film that is a must see for all short film fans. This moving piece follows an older gentleman as he struggles through life on is own after the loss of his wife. I recommend this to everyone, it really is amazing. Really!

Great film on an important topic.

A great short film by Tom Storey that deals sensitively with the important topics of loneliness and social isolation. I have a big soft spot for films that deal with social issues such as this and to see it tackled with such alacrity by a young director such as Tom Storey is highly commendable. At the time of writing this, the film is even more relevant due to the UK being under lockdown. I look forward to Mr.Storey's further work.
