With a cliché idea, almost always interesting battles and a well-constructed novel, he gets a little lost among the ideas he has beaten in order to find his own signature.

It's not bad, but see if you have anything better to watch before you start.

Well, it wasn't a superhero type anime, and in the end there was a "happy ending" (kind of) but creators rushed a lot ending this anime.. was expecting few more episodes to be honest..

This show has basically taken the worst of the things from the isekai genre and combined them together very poorly. The characters feel very generic, even for this type of show, the action is boring, the visuals are lacking and the sound design and voice acting are not the best.

This anime has one dimensional characters. A setting that is completely devoid of any realism, and an unholy cookie cutter MC who's as dumb as a brick.

and yet Why does this exist? I genuinely believe that the animators and the storywriters got bored and got a monkey high on LSD to copy and paste sections of other LNs to make this travesty.

I tried to get into the story because I really love Norse mythology but this anime is painful to watch. Imagine starting the Harry Potter series book 4 and that's it you don't read anything else, it starts after everything's already happened and he's already the king and all the chooses he makes are in the end pointless. I honestly wonder if they started the anime like chapter 3 in the manga and then stopped it before living even ended.

I almost didn't watch this because it only had like 5/10, but after watching it i have no idea how thats possible, im not saying its a 10/10 like Overlord but its pretty decent, give it a shot and ignore the rating.

Now i have read some of the input on here and one thing bothers me why would anyone want realism in anime ummm hello it's anime not a damn sitcom people who want realism watch realism you want anime watch anime i mean that like saying you people want the i don't know dragon ball to have more realism in it this show needs a season 2 lots of questions need to be answered and keep it as is love the idea on it but most people just can't appreciate a good idea like in another world with a smartphone another good one but some people i bet complained about realism in that tooo ummm hello anime is a cartoon not real life damn idiots

The show is kinda confusing at first but as you go further into the series everything begins to make sense and it becomes very interesting, once you can understand it.
