Amy Schumer Presents Sam Morril: Positive Influence

2 reviews
10/10

Solid performance, great writing.

Sam Morril always delivers, and this is no exception. The hour was packed with well-written jokes which were executed expertly. If you're a fan of dry, witty humor with more than a fair share of sass, you'll enjoy Positive Influence. There's some topical material, but nothing stood out as too timely. I think the material has aged well and will continue to do so, funny no matter what year you watch it in.

If there's a person in your life who needs a good laugh and is down for some line-walking when it comes to what's "allowed" to be joked about, this will be a great recommendation. Found Sam through the "We Might Be Drunk" pod and always enjoy his unique sense of humor and charm.

want to send an hour being lectured with about three jokes in the entire hour? this is for you

Politically correct comedians are either hypocrites for noting bias of others and not bias of the comedian, or just not funny at all. This manages to be both.
