A truly inspiring and wonderful movie

I had no idea what this movie was really about, and randomly selected it one night trying to find something to watch. I had no idea it would be as incredible as it was. It is based on true events.. The acting and the story were superb, with some amazing performances by the actors, especially those portraying the kids with special needs. They were very spot on. It goes through a wonderful arc, showing the struggles of the families, but by the end you are crying with happiness for them. The pace is perfect, there is literally no down time, no moments where I wanted to walk away and do something else. I am a special education teacher, and I really appreciated them showing how wonderful and rewarding knowing and working with these children can be. But at the same time the real life struggles the parents must face daily. It is an amazing movie that I am so glad I stumbled onto. Watch it with a box of tissues near by! It will make you smile and cry at the same time lol.

Three stories, the same conclusion: social inclusion

Everyone fight their own battle but when life put you and/or a loved one on a more difficult path, you have to be there to see a not so rare reality. Dominican movie "Lo que siento por ti" (How I feel about you) show us a peek on those lives, hopes and hardships that usually, the average people don't see.

Watch these three stories (a mother with two autistic teenagers, a couple who unsuccessfully try to have a baby and a father who hesitantly has to accompany his kid with down syndrome to the Special Olympics) and, along with the protagonists, laugh, cry and get inspired for people who even being on a difficult level in life, can be stronger than anyone has thought.

TLDR: a very well made movie spanning three stories, recommended to have a wider vision on social inclusion, watching the lives of special needs children and their caregivers.

You need to watch this movie.

The first time I watched this movie I was attracted by actors Robinson Diaz, Nashla Bougart, Felix German and Frank Peroso, but I was surprised with each scene and the ( 3 plots ). Its about three different stories, but somehow each story is connected. You will never regret watching this movie. The movie is based on true events and yes you will cry and cry again and again. I recommend this movie to all kind of people, especially teachers, social workers, nurses, etc. You will enjoy each moment of this movie, guaranteed. Please invite your family, friends and people that lack sensitivity to watch this great movie. The movie was filmed in the Dominican Republic with great actors.
