Thomas Alfredson has really given the old Jönsson liga saga a fresh face-lift. The humor is superbly witted and understated. Some of the references, like Anita and Televinken may not be understood by younger viewers but that will not make their scenes less funny. To see Lena Olin participate in this kind of light comedy was a treat but also the entire crew was great and Henrik Dorsin as the new lead character was fantastic. The casting on this movie was superb. The play with words lke the "hotlainen" was wonderful as were many of the other scenes. I hope we will see more of this "gang" in, coming movies. It is too bad that the covid pandemic is stopping it from a theatrical release but anyone who has a chance should stream this or rent it (once available). Well done team and please Thomas,Henrik, Rikard, write more movies for us!
