Didn't expect to like this movie. Superb performance by David Raizor, as the creepy but likeable handyman...

Plot had potential but was executed poorly. Acting was mediocre at best and the script was weak.
Once again there are zero writers in Hollywood..A drivers license and mail doesn't prove you live anywhere.. morons. Turned it off.
When I spend 1.5 or more hours invested in watching a movie only to have it leave you dangling at the end is one of my pet peeves. Why do filmmakers think they are so clever when they do this? If I had known, I would've never watched it. I didn't find it that horrible until, once again, it leaves you hanging. I would never recommend this movie.

A short story of a very creepy guest , the plot was good as was the acting and the narrative is very believable. I was thinking I might give it 6 but it is above average and wasn't drawn out, the question you are left with is ....what would you do if this happened to you ?

This movie was absolutely hilarious.... I really enjoyed it. Had me cracking up nearly the entire time and I know it wasn't meant to be funny. But his audacity. Though, at times, the lead female character (forgot the name as I watched this the other night and bypassed that part when coming on IMDB) was annoying, I really did enjoy this.
I just might watch it again to laugh.

There's a lot of times in this movie when you're like hmmm..would that really happen like that? And there are other times when you aren't sure if the antagonist is even totally that bad - so this was frustrating at first, but once you kind of give in to it, you see that it's pretty clever after all. I like the performance by the lead actress a lot - she grounded this otherwise farcical, far-fetched movie (I mean, why would people buying a house care about who lived there before / if the deck was finished???) -- anyway, the end was pretty sly and well done too.
