Kamen Raidâ Jiô

The first episode is good tho but when into several episode later,is make me boring but enjoyble What makes me hype was they bring almost all previous actor thats make me very hype,the story is little bit messy,some arc make me hype/not,the character development is little bit messy but is not bad,now the costume,the zio II is great,oma zio is very awesome,armor form is not bad at all,the form i dont like is geiz revive but i get it to use it,the villain is almost good,the ending well its kinda rush but its not bad at all than previous anniversary series,so yah its 7/10,the nostalgia beat me so much,well its not very recommend series for great story,but it still good for who want to familiar to kamen rider series

While this is somewhat subjective, to me this show is about as bad as Kamen Rider can be. There's plenty of creative ideas but the plot is incoherent. And the show (in the form of bonus episodes) actually tells its fans to ignore the plot holes before the fans even have time to complain... To me that is a clear sign that they knew the show was flawed and didn't care to fix it. It is obvious little effort is being put into this production, and they're expecting the cameos to carry the show.

This is the first Kamen Rider series since I began watching weekly in 2013 that I have given up on and stopped watching. Even Ghost was more fun to watch than this in my eyes.

I do intend to revisit this series sometime after it ends, and if it's better than I've given it credit for I may change my review. But for now this show is just a mess in my eyes.

(EDIT: 1/10 felt a bit too mean, upped it to a 4/10 which feels more fair, the visuals, music, etc for this show are good along with the effects and fights, it is not a show with no quality control or redeeming features, so a 1 was too low.)

In all honesty, I really enjoyed the show. Yeah it's not the best show but I had fun binge watching it. The story is alright (has plot holes though), the writing could've been better, the acting is alright and really fun fight scenes. It's a better anniversary season than Decade. I think it could've done a lot better if they focus on the writing more, overall it's a good season.

If you compare Zi-O with the other commemorative tokusatsu, it is very bad. The characters are not charismatic, they have a terrible village and they pay homage to the old series, which are more or less. It's not bad, just very disappointing and an ending that was Heisei didn't deserve.

This series is nothing but a walking showcase. Sure, it has a cool suit and badass. But the story has a huge plothole in middle with rushed explanation.

Just imagine you're entering a luxury-looking restaurant, treating you like VIP but they only serve you with Appetizer and Dessert. No Main Course at all, as you finished those menu, you're little bit satisfied but your stomach doesn't get enough food & nutrition, at the end, you've just waste a lot of money for expensive snack. That's the whole explanation of Zi-o
