    AWFUL !!

The worst movie i have ever seen It could be a good plot but it was executed so awfully. the entire movie is the older woman sitting in her house and someone knocks on the door and tells her bad news. There are no actual scenes it's just her waiting then crying in her house

"A deeply moving story of love, grief, and forgiveness"

    A pure review on "SUSAN:

I am proud that after our private screening in London I have received some great feedbacks, responses, reviews and interviews from audience and magazine. Check this review out that I received by a wonderful anonymous person on the feature film SUSAN. Thanks for this review:

"This feature length film "SUSAN" depicts a painful and harrowing journey through a period in the life of a wife and mother, Susan, as she experiences grief, isolation and finally, great love and hope.

The Director has made a beautiful, poignant film which allows us to experience this journey through flashbacks and intimate glimpses into Susan's life and the lives of the people she loves, as well as people she encounters along the way, who offer their help.

The film moves at a pace to allow the audience to observe and experience a range of complex emotions, all from Susan's perspective.

"Susan" also provides a sensitive but shocking insight into the trauma of a returning soldier's PTSD and the terrible lasting impact on the sufferers and their families. We also explore the role of the Church in providing comfort at the bleakest times in a person's life. Susan wants to find answers here, but fails to do so.

The film opens on a grey, rainy day in London, as Susan travels in a black cab with her daughter across Tower Bridge. Memories of happier times come flooding back to her and deepen her feelings of loss and regret.

The film provides a breathtaking view of London, with the backdrop echoing the emotions of the main characters at different stages of their journeys. We switch between the grey, rainy starkness of the City of London and it's imposing buildings and concrete landscape, to the rich autumnal colors of London's parks and gardens. Nature in various forms such as birds, squirrels and trees represents a source of comfort and hope for Susan. At times, we also see bleak, open, windswept landscapes which underscore Susan's isolation and loneliness.

The interior scenes are filmed to create intense atmosphere, at times claustrophobic and at other times, comforting. We switch from delighting in the intimacy of the couple's relationship to feeling intensely uncomfortable being allowed to witness the horrifying pain of it.

The cinematography is exquisite and the lead actors convey the raw emotions of grief, anger, loss and joy in a way which draws us into their story. The originally composed score is stunning, perfectly complementing and enhancing the mood of the film.

'Susan" is a deeply moving story of love, grief, and forgiveness. It takes the audience on a beautiful journey and provides us with a deep insight into one woman's experience of loss."

Director's point of view about the film SUSAN

SUSAN is about Love and War.

It is the story of Susan, a strong, kind woman and a loving wife and mother, living in present day London.

SUSAN is the story of the people who live around us, who are suffering psychologically from a destructive war, and whose whole lives will be overshadowed by their horrific experiences.

It is the story of those men and women who go to war, and even though they survive physically, they return with serious mental health issues that destroy their lives and the lives of the people they love. In this case, pure unconditional love brings emotional peace.

Susan is a very loyal, loving woman, who lives with her husband Paul and her daughter Lisa. She suffers psychologically after losing her husband in the Afghanistan war. We see different types of feelings in the film, from anti-war to pure love.

SUSAN is a Modern Social Realism film about the people who may look healthy physically, but are destroyed mentally. They suffer from deep pain and trauma, caused directly by war.

I, as the film director and producer, have tried to bring those people's story onto the big screen, a movie with a mixture of emotion and feelings of Anti war and pure Love.

I can say the concept of the cinema that I like can be seen in SUSAN is a new and creative way, the concepts like Love, Death, Religious doubts, Human pain, God's silence, Crisis made by war and its sociological and psychological consequences. In fact, in SUSAN by the storytelling and cinematic process, I tried to demonstrate the human's soul. SUSAN is a film that comes from my heart and it is a reaction to the world around me. That is what I wanted to reflect. There are not any kind of strange technical show off in the SUSAN.

This film has been made with limited resources and most of the jobs in it were done by myself due to these limitations. I proved to myself that I have endurance, braveness and perseverance in making films. For me making film is creativity, it is so enjoyable and glorious at the same time. So, I would like to share this experience with others.
