Actually my favourite episode so far!

Since Episode 1, I felt like the series had not been able to recapture the emotional level and impactful storytelling of that starting episode. Now though, I think it has finally been topped with the reactions of the detectives and relatives to the locating of the culprit and seeing Marie in counselling scenes. The key to quality in this show, in my opinion, is giving Marie more impactful moments.

ALL HAIL MERRITT WEVER

Merritt Wever's performance is encapsulating to say the least, hats off to the writers for giving her character the most addictive dialogue that keeps you hooked till on Wever till the closing credits.

Goofs
Elias the intern asks how why they don't need another DNA sample from the other brother. Det. Duvall then 'reminds' him that Y-STR's are identical with siblings.

He'd previously said that he had studied genetics when the detectives were discussing it several episodes before, demonstrating that he understood the subject perfectly. This was obviously a device to explain this to the audience, but they perhaps should have had another character ask the question so it could have been answered and still remain plausible.
