Aileen Wuornos

Never written a review on a movie or tv program, but watching this show today i was very surprised by the actress Amanda Brown, playing the killer Eileen Worous (sp). This woman's life was ugly, very evil but of course she was still a human with very complex emotions. Amanda Brown WAS Eileen in this show, to the point it was easy to forget this was an actress, not really this person. Few actors cross that line for me, especially in made for TV roles. Amanda Brown played this role with no concern for being shown unflatteringly, both physically and emotionally, which brought a huge measure of reality to it. Amazing job in a role probably mostly overlooked. I was very impressed and would be interested to see this woman in another role so complex emotionally, it's bound to be good. I hope her career has led her to these kind of roles where she can immerse herself like she did here.
