The original title for this film was Black, Red, Gold. The screenplay was a much more serious and slow burning drama. After the production team decided to push back the production date from March 2018 to November 2018, they shot a short film written by Isaac Walsh. This short film turned out to be much more self aware and fast paced, which inspired a re-write of the script to add levity and 4th wall breaks.

Raising Arizona meets Reservoir Dogs

This film was a rollicking thriller. I know that seems like an oxymoron but it was funny, fast paced and had a story line that kept me engaged throughout the film. The style is immediately defined when we meet the main characters. To top it all off, the movie has this great Shakespearean ending. Check it out. You know how you can tell a film's director by its distinctive style? I believe that Stephen Morgan will be one of these directors. Be on the look out for more of his stuff.
