Decent overview of Putin's reign and background. Obviously a lot more to him than could be presented here but offers a snapshot of his rise to power with some insight from psychologists and former friends/enemies. A guy you would want on your side for sure. Fascinating watch

A documentary gives ALL the facts and ALL the sides of a story. Then the viewer makes their own mind, but here it's made for them. BBC made a smear campaign, not a documentary.
