Mumbai, May 3 (Ians) Amruta Khanvilkar, who portrays the role of Surekha in the show ‘Chacha Vidhayak Hain Humare’ season three, shared that she was inspired to work on this project because of Zakir Khan, as she had always wanted to meet and chat with him.

Amruta, who was last seen in ‘Lootere’, shared her experience of working with Zakir on the series.

“I was inspired to work on this project because I’ve always wanted to meet and chat with Zakir whenever I watched his shows. He is genuinely humble, and I’m not just saying this because everyone else does. Zakir is someone you should encounter at least once in your lifetime. I would say that just listen and follow what he has to say about life and art,” she said.

Speaking about her role, Amruta added: “Surekha’s character is powerful and composed. She knows her path and is focused on it.

For ‘Thappad’ actor Pavail Gulati, who has studied in the National School of Drama and Whistling Woods, it was “confidence” that he by doing theatre.

He told Ians: “Performing in front of a live audience and getting feedback at the same time is the biggest high for an actor. Going from being nervous with sweaty palms to confident on stage knowing you can fail anytime, is what theatre gave me.”

Mumbai, June 29 (Ians) Actor Sunny Hinduja, who is known for his roles in web series such as ‘Aspirants’ and ‘Chacha Vidhayak Hain Humare’, spoke of the details behind the “Aarthik Stithi Theek Na Hai Humari” from the streaming series ‘Aspirants’. Hinduja revealed that the whole thing was improvised and not part of the script.Hinduja essayed the role of Sandeep Bhaiya in the coming-of-age show, and starred alongside Naveen Kasturia, Shivankit Parihar, Abhilash Thapliyal, and Namita Dubey.

Elaborating on the details, Sunny said: “Firstly, this scene wasn’t part of the script. When we started shooting, I shared with Apoorv Singh Karki (the director) the background of my character ‘Sandeep Bhaiya’, and he felt that there should be a scene that showed his struggles. But we didn’t know how that would happen. We were all busy and kept shooting, and the days just passed.”

Actor Zakir Hussain returns as comedian-actor Zakir Khan's on-screen father in the second season of the popular sitcom "Chacha Vidhayak Hain Humare". Hussain promises a lot of twists and turns in the father-son relationship in the new season.

"My role continues the same as Ronny's father but yes in this season there will be a lot of twist and turns in father and son's relationship. I'm playing a quintessential middle-class father. One will get to see the supportive and emotional side of the father towards his son," said Hussain.
