This movie was an experience

I was mindlessly surfing a streaming platform when I stumbled onto this film, I didn't bother checking up the movie and just decided to watch it. I found myself 1 hour in enjoying this black and white film. There's a feeling of connection to the characters and how the events in their lives unfold.

The ending was a little wobbly there but a beautiful cinematic experience.

A Gorgeous Film!

I was fortunate enough to have seen this gorgeous film on the big screen at the St. Louis International Film Festival as a part of the New Filmmaker Forum. The film swept me away, and gave me hope that independent film can still be beautiful and touch upon a mood and style of an important filmic era of the past...but with an utterly unique, fresh approach. If you love "Jules & Jim" you'll feel the echo of that film and the french new wave era. Director Svetlana Cvetko has given us a treat of a film. I'll want to watch this one again.

Classy directing, truthful performances.

This is an excellent film, and done by an incredibly talented filmmaker. The performances are all so real, and the casting, locations, soundtrack, it all works flawlessly. I really enjoyed this movie.
