The first mistake was the main character was wearing his gaming headset with the volume up so high that you could hear it through the floor. Whoever created this scene does not understand how headphones work. It doesn't get better. It seems like a very cheap imitation of Scott pilgrim. Generic parent conversations with added off color jokes to be edgy. About as many masturbation jokes as needed for any movie trying to get laughs without actually writing. Comic book visual effects are used intermittently for a reason I haven't figured out yet. Some of the acting is OK, but it's just badly put together with an endless amount of creepy sexual based innuendo.

Fairly certain this movie is a victim of a writers strike. I hope the actors get their chance to star in more movies after this they were great.

So actors and actresses are just about the one redeemable part of this movie if youre looking to watch this with any sincerity.

If you watch it as a parody its not bad. My best summary would be a soft parody. They simply didnt go hard enough on the parody aspect of it. Watching the beginning felt like they were trying to be slightly serious, mostly comedy. Towards the end it became almost entirely a parody.

The writers didnt really seem to know where they wanted to go with this movie but the actors still managed to do a great job.

I tried watching this just for Jodelle Ferland, but it was unbearable. The writing, acting and castings were abysmal. She deserves better than this.

I've been a fan of hers since Silent Hill and loved her in Dark Matter.

I guess she just needed paycheck, which is fine, but this is a stinker.

I was fast forwarding often and the main character guy is insufferable and doesn't deserve the good fortune he falls into with the job and the girl.

Man, this is hard to write 600 words about a movie this bad. I watched it on Tubi with ads but couldn't finish it. Save your time and pass.
