I was enjoying this but the constant music and sounds over the trio talking and reviewing EVP's is really irritating. They'll capture tapping sounds whilst playing music and that music includes tapping sounds. Or They'll capture a voice and the soundtrack of music they're playing involves high pitch tones and whispering tones. Even with headphones on I can't hear what they've actually captured due to the constant music the editor has decided to add throughout pretty much the entirety of every episode. Why on earth is there scary music being played through each episode? To set the mood? It's really unnecessary and incredibly distracting making any audio evidence inaudible. Please stop the soundtrack and creepy music, it will then be worth watching.

I'm sorry I have to give a low rating for this one. The places are amazing the other cast are real. This man..there's something not right in his head. His gyrating stupidity of these channeling and or possessions sessions are ridiculous! Sorry folks. He's CRAZY! Toned it down somewhat but the channelling makes it as cheesy as Dead famous was. Great idea but he's not who he claims to be!

Can't watch Chris. Totally fake and just an idiot. Ruins the whole show. In fact every show he is on I can't watch. Sorry.

Started off as a good show however as the series progress, the ego of Chris Flemming started to overwhelm each episode.

Its new, its a little different, as this team look to confirm and fix things( if they are allowed,) or at least improve the hauntings on site for the residents when they have done the research. Its interesting although still only in the early stages, so I would think the team are still gelling together. No theatricals, no staging spooky noise crashing events. I think it has more realisim than most other paranormal series available on TV.(excluding Zak Bagins own series) Normal people, normal places. I hope it gets as it goes along. Enjoyed it so far.

I enjoy watching this programme and I believe that it is mainly genuine. However, I find it very annoying when the Team ask the spirits to contact them and then they all scream when something happens. Please! What do they expect? Their response is to jump around looking really shocked and scared, which is totally ridiculous. They have done this enough times to know the ropes by now. They also keep saying things like "Oh My God", which in itself is very inappropriate. I think that their behaviour can be very disrespectful to the spirits who are trying to communicate with them. I'm surprised that the spirits want to talk with them again sometimes. I realise that they are trying to make the show more interesting, but this unnecessary behaviour is only detracting from my enjoyment. When everyone is jumping around, I can't see what is actually going on. Also, too many added sounds and images, which are unnecessary. Keep it real.

When this show first started I was into in, thought it was ok for a UK show until Chris Fleming joined the team. Have seen him on American shows, far too over the top & as normal they all say (Derek Acorah etc another fake) "I know nothing about the history of this place"... Really lol. Could be a much better show if they had believable people in it....
Totally awesome show so different to all the other paranormal shows on at the moment
No over the top silly scream fest like some over shows that I care not too mention
The cast are believable & great at what they do
Each episode gets better the location are new & not been done to death like other paranormal shows have done which in turn makes it far more interesting because you have no idea what is going to happen
I'm really hoping this show will run & run !
It's about time the U.K. had its own real paranormal show that is well made & can hold its own against the onslaught of America shows at the moment I for one want too see more
All the cast are great Barri is clearly the stand out guy with sandy & Chris close behind
Let's hope that this will be the start of big things for these guys
Just love it great work to all involved!!!!

Season 2 improved when they got rid of the American medium. I just couldnt get beyond Chris's theatrics (although they still have some), and his use of "dude". This is an entertaining show. They dont prove a thing, but it is still fascinating. I do however have an issue with the cast asking a question and screaming or running when they get a response. If the cast are professionals, then this shouldn't be a shock. Please calm yourselves a bit.🤣🤦♀️

I have always loved the paranormal, I love reading and watching horror fiction and this programme should not be taken seriously.
I used to like the old cast of Sandy and Chris, although Chris was over the top I felt the pairing were genuinely interested in the cases. This Lawman chap is just sensationalist showman and deeply fake. I first saw him on Most Haunted then Haunted Australia where he played on peoples insecurities to make something mediocre look halfway presentable, a tactic unfortunately repeated here - I feel that Barhi and Jayne can see it's a fraud but have no choice but to play along. Much better programmes out there on the subject, Lawman gives it no credibility at all - in fact no fake psychic would be infinitely better and more money spent trying to gather real evidence.
The UK needs a really great ghost programme and would love to see one succeed. It will be very interesting to see how these programmes fair once Danny Robbins' Uncanny hits the screens after the brilliant podcasts.

Fantastic to see British locations and the team works well together, really good watch. Would very much like to see more from this team.
This is a great program ruined by the contant jumping of the picture to I suppose to add effects and suspence to the program! This is a problem for people with photosensitivity epilepsy and makes my eyes wobble because of it! It's totally wrong for this to be added? It causes more problems while viewing, I wish they would remove the effects?
And where were supposed to be listening for sounds! Etc the music is too loud to here anything! We would prefer no music, it's all the same awful music anyway! It's a great program ruined by all this rubbish we don't need! Please cut them out perticulary the jumping of the picture! Its an effect that effects people It's a goid crew, and entertaining but I find I need to listen and not view because of the dreadful effects!

I discovered this show by watching some old episodes of Most Haunted (with Derek Acorah) on Amazon and finding out that one of the guest psychics Ian lawman was in this. Well I am absolutely blown away and am watching an episode every night as I'm so addicted! I love Barri Ghai's technical equipment, Jayne's general calmness and history section and of course Ian with his ability of see things. I have no idea if any of it is truly genuine but it is very exciting to watch. I've seen all of season 3 and now starting on season 4. The demon of S4 E1 was mindboggling. I watched the couple living in the house closely and didn't think they were acting. It looked like they were genuinely terrified.

I don't think this show does anything groundbreaking but there are so many ghost shows that are just absolute garbage, this isn't one of them.
I get a real kick out of people who leave comments saying "oh it's garbage like everything else Zak produces", why would you even watch it to begin with then??? Let alone take time to complain about it! There is a reason Ghost Adventures is the longest lasting ghost show currently on TV (that I'm aware of), guy is doing something right!

What Utter Rubbish! Fake fake fake..! Unlike true paranormal investigations in the real world, there are demons and demonic spirits at every location which simply is not true. Just fame hungry actors craving attention and lack of equipment being used, no evidence and no effort to debunking...!

The team combination of Barry, Jayne and Ian is magic. They all work great together. Each bringing different skills to the table. Ian is the real deal. He should be given more airtime on new shows because he's so likeable. Jayne is also very good, as well as Barry. I love the evidence they collect, particularly EVP. It's the most authentic paranormal show that I've ever watched. The only complaint that I have is the overlayed music when people are talking or evidence is being shared. Editors, please modify this for the next season. It's hard to grasp what people are saying when this external music is being played. I still give 10 out of 10. One of my favourite shows to binge over and over.

I love watching this programme but if I've got to be totally honest I really prefer Barri with his original team. This series has gotten more like the other similar ones who over dramatize with "spirits" taking over a member of it's team etc. The original programme was much more believable as sometimes nothing happened which is what made it more realistic rather than trying to up it's ratings by pretending.

Billed as an 'entertainment' this series is not a sober, serious ghost investigation.
Ian Lawman, the designated psychic, falsely claims to be an ordained exorcist, although it is well known that only religious organisations can ordain anyone. Seriously.
The behaviour of the team is too often unprofessional, resorting to shouting, swearing and screaming, on occasions. Behaviour that blows their claims to being bonafide. The methods they use are not mainstream, and there is no chronological linear progression of their haunting engagement. We simply do not know in what order events or procedures are happening. The use of blue tooth speakers in order to create fake spirit voices is also a major issue.
The biggest flaw is in the ludicrous idea that Ian can do remote readings of a house. No, this not feasible or rational. You cannot do a house reading unless you are quite literally in situ; you have to be there! Otherwise such an attempt is fruitless and misleading. However, there is no doubt information, gleaned from research, is submitted to Ian beforehand. Fact.
So, the show is a fabricated performance of the entertainment variety, only!
Do not take this deception seriously!
Additionally, I just watched episode 1 of the new series 2 (February 2023). I have rarely seen such a trumped-up, disgracefully fraudulent shxxshow! Here they deliberately, cynically, introduce a new ghost by fishing for local historical characters, who had nothing to do with Louis Spence's property. The wilful way they plant a ghost on this actual home, beggared belief. Dangerous and dishonest practices are at play which can have a very detrimental and harmful effect on the living inhabitants. I find this alarming and disturbing. Why is the so-called medium, Lawless, not able to speak directly to the dead? Why use a ouija board, when it is universally acknowledged that these bad boards should never be used. They are very dangerous.
All together an outrageous piece of smoke and mirrors theatre, of the totally manufactured kind. Shameful misleading of gullible home owners who's faith is abused and taken advantage of. They need to be exposed and ridiculed!

Very watchable paranormal-style show, featuring three strong characters and a style of presentation that eschews any obvious ostentation, although Chris the psychic medium occasionally goes a bit bonkers. Lead investigator Barri is calm and sensible, Sandy is curious and asks the right questions, and Chris is generally affable and very likeable for a psychic medium - some of them are so overdramatic that they spoil the shows they're in. I would like to see them use more technology as the series progresses, but I'm impressed.

Well what's to say, other than it's your usual TV paranormal nonsense. Music played too loud over what is supposedly a serious investigation. Annoying sound affects with knocks, taps and screams, usually surprise, surprise, when some spook is apparently knocking or tapping to get our attention !!! There is not even an attempt at setting some kind of mood or atmosphere., its more like a ghost train ride at the fun fair. Why won't someone make a real paranormal investigation TV program or at least attempt to instead of all this rubbish that they pedal as real and serious investigations. Even if you are not a believer, but nevertheless are interested in the paranormal, these sort of programs do nothing for the subject matter, apart from degrade it. The US programs are even worse, totally over the top and laughable. I have to say I do find the paranormal a fascinating subject but it is totally let down by silly, scripted and obviously " for entertainment purposes only " programs such as this.
I find the show entertaining but I'm frustrated with the female team member. Sandy is very difficult to understand, yet seems to think that it's OK to correct Barry when he miss pronounces fluer d lys. It's so hard to understand what she's saying and I miss much of the show just trying to interpret her words. I think the show would be much better with someone who speaks English fluently and has some talent detecting paranormal entities. Chris and Barry make a great team, they never interrupt each other by talking over each other like Sandy does. Chris has shown some frustration with Sandy at times when he's asked her to be quiet when he's reviewing a tape recording or listening to the sounds in a room. Sandy says her body is her best detection yet she can't seem to detect her team members needs. I truly question why she's even there

Unlike the other reviews I actually like this series. I'm not 100% keen on the Team but I do like Barri. I know he's no fake as I've been with him on ghost hunts in the past and have witnessed phenomena first hand. So whether you believe or are a skeptic it's entertaining tv.
