THE NEW GENERATION OF TV HAS BEGUN BY THE SHOW "PORUS"

Sony Tv has created a addictive mythology show that is so awesome. The visuals are at American Tv level and why they should not be the show has a budget of 500 crores which is a lot for indian television. Also, few years ago there was a show named "Siya Ke Ram" which was as good in storyline and direction but the effects were not as good. But "Porus" had effects that other television series can't even think off. Siddarth Kumar Tewary has a very ambitious thought of king Porus. You see that when you watch the show. All of the performances by all actors is great and especially Praneet Bhatt playing Darius his accent that he has developed for this role is awesome and it makes him look like a Persian. The storyline is so welly thought out and its not predictable at all. I would like to give credit to the cinematographer because of the way the show is shot in such a beautiful way and that is what make "Porus" one of the best show of indian television at the moment. I have 2 complaints with "Porus" the show , one of them being black and white of all the blood and the extremely slow pace of the show. But the rest is exceptionally welly thought out and made to an amazing Indian Television show. I give "Porus" an A-

A magnificent master piece with great storyline but some elements of fiction.

After a long time, Indian television has experienced changes helmed by the show Porus. It is a grand show with an engaging storyline and vfx but, where it lags behind is high use of fiction and fantasy ,not in line with the reality. All in all, it is a must watch for all history nerds and family people.

Porus its just another Baahubali

I must say it is an amazing show. The sets which are been shown are so contemporary and seem real. The star cast includes Rati Pandey, Aditya Redij, Laksh Lalwani, Suhani Dhanki, Rohit Purohit, Sameskha and many more. Thus the show has a very strong stellar cast. The special effects and VFX used in the show are of highest technology. The show has very beautiful title montage as well, the same type of montage was used in Shivam song of Baahubali 2. The costumes of the characters are also intriguing. The show is been shot in Thailand. All the actors have a very good screen presence. The is made with a huge a huge budget of 500 crores which is commendable; its by far the most expensive show on Indian television. I think Indian audiences should watch shows like Porus.

Porus Drama

This TV Show Porus Is Certainly Worth A Watch. The tactfully crafted sequences of htttp://PorusDrama.Com are testimony that Siddharth Kumar Tewary has dipped into the learning from his various mytho shows to give his best for this ambitious project. Mounted on a budget of approximately Rs 500 crore - touted to be the highest on Indian television - Tewary has, inarguably, spent judiciously to make every frame noteworthy.

It's an amazing show... although for entertainment purpose some twists and events are added to the real History of Porus but this show is par excellence in terms of dialogues, casting, narration etc.

Magnificent show

Loved to watch it , I know there were some scenes of fiction . But to keep the audience entertained , fiction is a necessity for the producer of the show. Superb show . Superb acting. Keep it up team porus .

Best Historical Show of all time

I am a fan of historical shows such as Chandragupt Maurya, Mahabharata. There were many shows like Ramayana, Bajirao, Maharana Pratap, Prithviraj Chauhan but I didn't like that much than two shows I already mention above. Then Porus come and I really become fan of this show, I heard stories of Mauryas, Chanakya, Alexander but know little about Porus only that he fought against the Alexander of Macedonia in battle of Hydaspes (Jhelum) with his Elephant force.

Touching Show

This show is quite literally a masterpiece, and it is the best Historical Show out there. Many people question it's historical accuracy as if they are historians themselves, and in fact, this show is much more accurate than most of the other Indian Dramas.

This show's villain Darius was my favorite character, especially due to episode 125's twist, and Alexander also sort of turned into an even bigger monster by the end, especially with what he did with Barsine.

Alexander's character was so tragic, it was very touching. He was a tragedy.

Overall, an awesome action packed show.

Honest review

Never seen such a slow moving show.

It was a task to complete this.

Unwanted drama wasted 10min for every 1 minute scene.

99% story is fictional and only names are true history.

I competed one episode in 3 4 minutes.

Too much dialogue baazi.. people with short patience please don't watch.

I can understand little bit of fictional is need to make it interesting but here lot of mix masala added that it made it boring.. instead of this one can watch chandragupta Maurya. It is interesting and you won't skip any part.

I personally believe that 299 episodes are too streched it could have completed in 100 episodes..
