Yep, The only part of the movie i actually enjoyed was the part where the main protagonist pumpkin danced on screen. Everything else made me cringe, the lackluster animation, the creepy visuals, the bad voice acting, the confusing plot, unnecessary character, and the confusing plot.

I am HIGHLY disappointed by the lack of dancing in the Dancing Pumpkin movie. I expected to be wow'ed and astounded by the smooth moves of a wildly talented gourd. Instead, I found myself bamboozled by the title and hollowed out by a feeling of utter betrayal. Shame on you. This is purely a case of false advertising.

It seems as though a guy made this in his basement. It's weird, horrible script and I feel bad for the animators who invested time into something that should have never been made.

Whats wrong with a nice, friendly autumnal tale, packed full of Halloween magic? This is just another stupid story that feels the need for constant action. The animation is poor too. If you want something magical for this time of year, check out pumpkin moon.

This is possibly the creepiest and strangest movie I've ever watched.... the story is just flat out strange and the characters are even more strange. If you're looking to give your children nightmares for the next week, this movie is for you.... I'm really not sure what else to say other than choose something else, ANYTHING else to watch.

Wonky motion mechanics,unpolished ancient animation that looks like it's fresh out of the early nineties.horrible looking characters. One dimensional characters, undeveloped poorly thought out story line. This movie is the epitome of terrible from start to finish, its one giant cringe

This movie is a masterpiece, I watched on halloween with friends and will never be the same. The dancing was impeccable. The plot is brilliant. I will forever call super speed pumpkin time because this movie made me so happy. The pumpkin designs were beautiful and the voice acting is unparalleled.

In all honesty, the "pumpkins" looked disturbing - them having noses and long legs. Eesh. I know that this is a fictional movie so it's bound to happen. There's just something about them that's so.. I don't know how to explain it, really.

The storyline is strange and rather confusing, the concept is not well thought out and I overall did not find it very interesting (I only watched this movie because of my sister). There is actually no point of entitling this movie 'The Dancing Pumpkin' when the pumpkin hardly even danced. I was honestly expecting something that would make me in awe, but thus instead I was bamboozled.

I can also sense some Harry Potter inspiration, lol.

Bestest movies ever I love very much this.it perfectly captures the growth and life of a pumpkin and I love that the ogre is a bad little boy and is still loving to all the children and everyone else and the plot is great I love this movie. It is the great animation of this movie that I love the pumpkin look so amazing.

I'll admit that it's pretty weird. And yes, the other reviews have some valid points. I guess because my kids love it, I have no problem watching it over and over. The first year it came out i think they watched about 10 times. There are parts of the animation that are amazing, like the leaves. But some parts seem like the switch animation techniques. Still, I have seen much worse for kids.

Watch the one from 2000 not this crap. It's so bad it's insulting to the original. If you like this your either a prepubescent child or someone who has absolutely no taste in film and tv.

While it's not a high film my grandson Loves watching it and that's good enough for me
