    Worthwhile entertaining movie

Overall a good watch with some scenes better than others. The storyline is pretty good, actions scenes were well choreographed, the dialogue was best during the action and many of the main supporting characters had a lot of depth. The chemistry with some of the personal interests were not so much. There are hints of several other movies like Universal Soldier, Olympus Has Fallen, The Matrix, Mission Impossible (or sometimes referred to as Mission Ridiculous) and some John Wick, and just one more. There is one tiny scene at the end that I just loved as I do like "I'm done with you" types of scenes. For those that are familiar with Where Eagles Dare will know this one. Go out and enjoy this one.

WATCHED THIRD TIME IN PVR- Inspired from DRDO's Exoskeleton Research program, purely a work of fiction and gives hint of few Hollywood movies at times but still VERY UNIQUE

Before I begin, Type in Google: "Exoskeleton program of drdo" and read articles present on DRDO website and other newspapers. People who say it's a Hollywood copy paste to them I'll tell, Movie is ACTUALLY INSPIRED from, it mentions in first half and again more clearly in last, IN WRITTEN about DRDO project, which hints it is inspired by the topic "exoskeleton with AI", it's a topic on which actual research is going on in DRDO and also in other countries like Israel and US. I myself have read about it in some article in some places. However, it is still a fiction and leaps and bounds ahead of what is currently possible in the field of exoskeleton.

Now about Movie: BREATHETAKING, THRILLING and a Sci-fi Action movie with unique plot, also has GOOD Songs, GREAT BACKGROUND MUSIC, AMAZING VFX, Overall, it's full of entertainment... Will enjoy best, if you watch on big screen. Will not be bored for a second that is for sure. IT'S VILLIAN IS CERTAINLY KICKASS(Funny at times, can't deny but very entertaining) ISLAMIC TERRORIST WITH KASHMIRI-HINDI ASCENT. Did an amazing job, trying to show as much action and special effects as possible, in a very low budget. It's BACKGROUND MUSIC IS SUPER AWESOME, just hear it in DOLBY digital surround sound in 7.1 + Atmos. Movie will make you only VERY LITTLE BIT recall "Olympus has fallen"(Parliament Capture, John runs on foot towards Parliament when attacked, but all other action is still unique, every action scene of this movie is unique, nothing copied) and "Universal Soldier"(only concept of super soldier) and "Venom"(John talks with AI assistant, implanted in his brain, looks like talking to himself, but I think you see this in many psychological thriller movies all around world) but in a very unique storyline that revolves in Indian ecosystem with India's contemporary socio-political situation. Watch it on big screen, that's where you will enjoy it best. It's BGM and VFX really deserve to be watched in a big screen.

Only drawback in this movie, is romance between John and Jacquelin looks un-realistic and that too because it is very small, and TRUST ME it is completed before Title of the movie comes on screen. BUT, I think they did it because they wanted to focus on real actual subject, which they wanted to present in 2.5 hrs.

I request folks, if you don't want to spend money at least don't speak or write simply biased negative review because it is an Indian sci-fi movie, something we as an audience are not used to, and I can tell you, if such a good sci-fi movie with such a low budget doesn't get due appreciation, it will gradually become end of sci-fi genre in Indian Cinema.

Update 3rd April: Watched once again on big screen in PVR. Equally entertaining as it was in the first time.

Update 8th April: Watched 3rd time in PVR. More such movies need to be made in Hindi CINEMA for improving quality of films made in Indian cinema, especially in Sci-fi genre. Today, I was shocked to see, Last week there were 4 shows here in PVR VCC, Prayagraj, now this Friday it has reduced to only one. It is unfortunate, that such a good movie was released at an inappropriate date and it's clashing with "The Kashmir Files" and "RRR". They both are also very good movies no doubt. But, It is just very very very sad, that such a good and unique Hindi movie, if not a very great movie, is not getting any chance or I should say MUCH DESERVED APPRECIATION from Hindi audiences. Then, it's us getting back on social media and complaining that their is a lack of good content driven movies in India or that we Indians lag behind in making Sci-fi movies.

Will be cult classic for generation!

Mark my words that this movie will be flop today but this will be a big achievement and milestone for futuristic indian action sci-fi cinema... Film has too many good points with moderate budget and brilliant on point execution without any loose end!! Gripping and good at action scenes also this movie is slap for audience who always love to argue on topic that "bollywood tatti hai"... So please support it!!

    Great Attempt at Sci-fi Genre

The character reference can resemble to many Hollywood movies ,but the story is fresh to Indian Audience . Overall it's a good attempt in Sci Fi genre by Hindi Cinema.

Compared to many Big budget movie released recently The VFX of Attack deserves an applause. BGM should have been better as they make such action movies captivating.

A Healthy Step Up for Indian Movies

I can't diss this movie for not being on par with Hollywood - because it took Hollywood a lot of time and mix of good and bad movies to reach where they are today. And Attack is a similar crucial stepping stone for Indian movies, whether you like it or hate it AFTER watching it is your personal opinion.

But to solely dismiss it as a copy of Robocop/Upgrade is equally unfair.

Art inspires art, stories inspire stories and after I was done watching it, in retrospect I can't recall a dull moment which seemed like a blatant rip off in any way.

I've also seen people criticizing it for Jingoism and my only question is why can't a movie have a sci-fi backdrop and talk about role of an enhanced individual in a politically strife terrorism situation? It's hell a lot better than watching actors romance with love interests the age of their daughters now.

The movie isn't without it's flaws but it's a great case study for directors who are looking to explore more sci-fi action in Indian setting, it'd be great if such people can absorb all the good this movie finally brings to the stale state of mainstream Bollywood and look at the places it faltered to come up with even better projects in future.

Attack was definitely worth the watch for me as it gave me hope for Indian movies.
