Those people are the "real deal", and they have some interesting things to tell you...
You probably will never hear things like those in your life.
Basically you get to watch old dudes who used to be in the Mossad intelligence service sit in a chair and reminisce on old jobs they partook in; personally, I find it highly entertaining because I love history and I love people telling personal stories.
I will also say it has a bit of a propaganda feel to it building up Mossad as an intelligence service. That doesn't really bother me but it could bother some other people I'm sure.
Overall, if you're a fan of history and spycraft then I highly recommend giving this a watch.

These are a series of personal interviews with Mossad bosses and operatives about the successes and failings they had in some of their famous missions in the past. They show that even though the Mossad is the best spy organization in the world, its members are not superheros but just ordinary people with intelligence and heart to do their jobs
This could easily be titled 'Israeli pensioner spies' as that is pretty much what it is...
It is essentially memoirs and insight into the agency and (some) operations by ex-spooks and the current deputy director of Mossad. It is intriguing for the history and to see how they intervened and affected the world politically and across a wide geography.
The entertainment factor is borne from the audacious and sometimes fantastic stories they tell which frequently include James Bond style plots and namecheck political players in the middle east and its locale.
The subjects switch between providing much information about certain things to absolute zero on others. Frequently they would just give a coy smile or evasive remark back to the questions that makes you remember it is essentially a program asking questions to a group of people that have been interrogated probably more times than you've eaten hot dinners...
Overall an interesting watch listening to people who have really seen and done some things...
