Originally, the tentative title for the series was "Blue Frontier".
The HPA Soldier's uniform was designed to evoke both a heroic and villainous feel, depending on what they were show doing.
All the main characters were designed with lots of colors, while the antagonists were designed with a lots of whites and grays.
