Garner takes up the mantle of the beloved comic book character known as the Silver Surfer, who is appearing in the MCU for the first time on the big screen. However, there was an inexplicably negative reaction to the idea that Garner might be portraying a "genderswapped" version of Norrin Radd, a.k.a. the Silver Surfer, who first appeared in the pages of Fantastic Four No. 48 (1965). The actress didn’t pay the critics any attention, though, and Garner explained how she dealt with the backlash while appearing on the red carpet for First Steps’ London premiere by saying:

Bella Ramsey, star of HBO’s The Last of Us, will set their sights on a new drama series as Channel 4 confirms the young actor has been cast in Daisy Haggard’s Maya.

Ramsey will co-lead the cast of the six-part show, created by BAFTA-nominated Haggard (Back to Life, Breeders). Haggard will also star as Ramsey’s mother and at the same time, make her directorial debut. Jamie Donoughue co-directs.

For her first fiction feature, Or Sinai reunites with Evgenia Dodina, the lead actress of her award-winning short Anna (2015). Dodina steps in the titular role of Mila, the main breadwinner for her Polish family. We meet her in Israel, where she works for a wealthy couple, Yaffa (Cheli Goldenberg) and Gideon (Meir Swisa), as a housekeeper. At the moment, she is also having a clumsy, but gentle fling with.

Anna Kendrick has played many iconic characters over the years. From starring in the Pitch Perfect films to working alongside Blake Lively in A Simple Favor and most recently starring in the critically acclaimed masterpiece that was Woman of the Hour, she has done it all. Tom Hardy’s Havoc was surpassed by the thriller movie, and it is an impressive feat. The trailer seemed so promising, and so did Abova’s acting, which makes one thing certain. Her role in the upcoming One Piece live-action is highly favorable for the franchise, and here’s why.
