Now Deadline reports that she’s continuing to work in the horror / thriller genre, as she has signed on to star in the supernatural coming-of-age thriller The Evilry.

Alexander Garcia will be directing from his own script, with principal photography set to begin in Louisiana next month. His setlist included songs like “Higher Res,” “He,” “Crush, “Btstu,” “Jasmine,” “Str8 Outta Mumbai, “Do You Love Her Now,” and “All Night,” along with a brand new track called “So Long.” He was joined by a full live band featuring his brother A.K. Paul (guitar), Fabiana Palladino (keyboards and backing vocals), Rocco Palladino (bass), and Isaac Kizito (drums).

Paul thanked fans on Reddit ahead of his historic Coachella performance. “Just wanted to acknowledge the real heads over here and let u lot know how much I appreciate you lot sticking it out with me for all this time,” he wrote. “Hopefully it’s all gonna be worth it.”

Back in 2013, a collection of enigmatic London producer Jai Paul’s unfinished demos was leaked on Bandcamp under the guise of being his debut album. Following its 2019 digital-only release as Leak 04-13 (Bait Ones), Xl Recordings has announced the project is coming to vinyl for the first time on Thursday, April 13th.

The vinyl release marks the 10th anniversary of the leak, and 3,000 copies will be available via Paul’s official website beginning at 11:00 a.m. Et.

Paul is gearing up for his first-ever live show at this year’s Coachella. On Tuesday, he shared a note on Reddit about preparing for the performance. “I always wanted to do something like this but yeah Im not gonna lie I am absolutely shitting it,” he wrote. “Anyway, I just wanted to let u lot know how much I appreciate all you staying with me for all this time. Hopefully it’s gonna be worth it.

Essence Atkins and Tetona Jackson have signed on to star in the untitled CBS comedy pilot starring Damon Wayans and Damon Wayans Jr., Variety has learned. In addition, Andy Ackerman has signed on to direct the pilot.

The multi-cam pilot was first announced at CBS in February. Per the official logline, “Legendary talk radio host and happily divorced ‘Poppa’ (Wayans) has his point of view challenged at work when a new female co-host (Atkins) is hired, and at home where he finds himself still parenting his adult son (Wayans Jr.), a brilliant dreamer who is trying to pursue his passion while being a responsible father and husband.”

Atkins character is named Dr. Ivy Reed. She is further described as “intelligent, savvy, and bold” and hosts the radio show “Ask Dr. Reed,” where she gives “helpful advice to listeners with a modern approach on life” before she is brought in as Poppa’s new co-host.

After years of teasing her first official full-length, Chlöe has revealed the complete 14-song track list for In Pieces. In addition to “Pray It Away” and her Chris Brown collaboration, “How Does It Feel,” the song selection includes tracks with Missy Elliott (“Told Ya”) and Future (“Cheatback”). Exclusive: Maia Reficco (Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin), Edward James Olmos (Mayans M.C.) and Austin North (Outer Banks) have signed on to star alongside Kj Apa and Eric Dane in the motorcycle racing film One Fast Move, from Gulfstream Pictures and Luber Roklin Entertainment, which is in production in Georgia.

In the action-adventure pic from writer-director Kelly Blatz, a dishonorably discharged soldier (Apa) seeks out his estranged father (Dane) to help him pursue his dream of becoming a professional motorcycle racer. While training, he meets a small-town, aspiring singer (Reficco) and a motorcycle shop owner (Olmos) who begin to break down the walls his father’s absence had built up.

Details as to North’s role haven’t been disclosed. But Gulfstream Pictures is providing full financing for the film, with Mike Karz and Bill Bindley producing for the company, in association with Matt Luber and Lena Roklin of Luber Roklin Entertainment.

Fans, friends, and family members of Flyin' Brian Pillman are paying tribute to the late pro wrestler on what would have been his 59th birthday. Known for his antics as "The Loose Cannon" in WCW, Ecw, and WWE, Pillman passed away at the age of 35 back in 1997. His tragic tale was recently chronicled with the two-part season 3 premiere of Dark Side of the Ring, Vice TV's acclaimed documentary series highlighting pro wrestling's darkest stories.

Directed by Talia Osteen in her feature directorial debut, “Sex Appeal” will star Mika Abdalla (Netflix’s “Project Mc2”) and Jake Short (Hulu’s “All Night”). Country may be renowned as a genre where the women do not always get a fair shake, but you would not guess that from how the nominations for the 2021 Grammys shook out. Female solo artists or bands with women as primary lead singers accounted for all five of the nominations in the best country album category.
