A very decent short that introduces the character of Mei, but unfortunately it feels very unoriginal and super short, which doesn't give us time to care for everything that is happening; the dialogue is bland / unimpressive and the music is forgettable, but overall it's enjoyable and it still has positives like the animation; sound; acting; the characters; huge percent of the cinematography and the two music tracks that play in two great moments (the first plays when Mei wakes up and the second is when she watches the message from Winston). Even with the positives, it's still not enough and for now "Rise and Shine" is the weakest animated short of Overwatch.
