Rajeev Khandelwal's performance in Pranaam deserves to be recognized as one of his finest. His ability to convey emotions through subtle expressions, his restrained yet intense acting, and his complete transformation from an ambitious student to a man caught in a violent world make his performance unforgettable. What sets him apart is his ability to make Ajay's pain feel personal to the audience. His portrayal is so raw and realistic that it becomes impossible not to empathize with him. The way he carries the emotional weight of the film is remarkable, ensuring that Ajay's story stays with the viewer long after the film ends.
Bad from the word GO!
Good actors but don't know what happened to them in this film. Not sure why they chose to be part of this film.
Bad dialogues. Bad editing. Bad direction.
Intentions seem to be good but the outcome is disappointing.
There was so much scope for improvements... but alas...
The antagonist in Pranaam is not just a single character but a representation of systemic evil. Abhimanyu Singh's character embodies the corruption, greed, and ruthlessness that destroy lives like Ajay's. His performance is chilling, making the audience truly despise him, not just as an individual but as a symbol of the larger forces that keep honest people oppressed. What makes him so terrifying is that he is not an over-the-top villain he is realistic, the kind of person who actually exists in positions of power. His interactions with Ajay are some of the most intense moments in the film, creating a sense of dread that lingers throughout the story.
