Boring to the extreme, hard to imagine someone was paid to come up with this show. Being filmed basically in the dark adds absolutely nothing to the show, in fact its a big turn off. Spend this TV hour watching something more worth while....
I've seen the first two episodes and trying to move around a 100% dark cave or mine looks absolutely terrifying. Cannot wait to see the next episodes when they air in 2018! Bring it on Discovery. I only wish I knew half of the skills that some of these survivalists knew. It's truly mind-blowing and makes me want to take a class or read some survival books!
It is a good show, very watchable.
It is true that some intances do not naturally occur, maybe Critters were planted, etc, maybe not.
They are stranded in utter darkness, which is plain to see, and they are genuinely there, sleeping, surviving etc. for days on end. there will be safety issues and interventions by the crew, i am sure at some quiet times they find a little light from here and there, off camera. A small led indicator light (example) will light up a pitch black area quite well, eyes adjust and get some vision. But for the most part, and what we see, are contestants clearly struggling in complete darkness for DAYS, condensed into an hour show. The mine episode was ok, but the cave episode was a GREAT WATCH!
Naked and afraid - ish, but with clothes! (When is anyone ever stranded naked??) N&A would only get 9 from me, because of the N word lol.
